This serious game was jointly developed by the HPCI Vaud and HPCI CHUV units, together with the Pediatric Infectious Diseases and Vaccinology Unit at CHUV.

The adult clinical cases were developed by Dr E. Ben Salah-Moulin (HPCI CHUV) and Dr E. Glampedakis (HPCI Vaud).

The 2023 and 2024 editions were developed using resources from the HPCI Vaud and HPCI CHUV units, as well as the CHUV Training Center. The HPCI Vaud unit funded the development of this website with internal resources.

The 2025 edition of the game received financial support from Swissnoso as part of StAR-3, with the goal of providing hospitals with tools to implement antimicrobial stewardship programs.
